lee / oak (they/them) is a disabled queer trans single parent white anti-zionist anti-racist Jewish Hungarian and Swedish maker, carver-sloyder, ink maker, ochre devotee, folk herbalist, ex organic farmer, teacher, careworker in a Reggio inspired infant and toddler classroom. An animist and ritualist devoted to learning and speaking and honoring and amplifying the languages, care, wisdoms of trees, of many earths and beasts and wild waters, our need for care-filled connection to each other and ancestors- here on Anishinaabe lands, mostly under a little old oak grove. It is with deep knowing and gratitude for the many teachers here and beyond, and for you, that i am able to tend to this work make/coax/collab/ share precious items for living, for honoring life, creating art, body tending, ritual work, mutual aid, connecting with + caring for one another, this good earth... my hands, heart, and will forever intent on dismantling all systems of oppression, towards the liberation of all beings.
